This week, our collaborative work with the He group in the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering at Virginia Tech was published in the open-access, academic journal, Environment International. It’s my pleasure to present the work here on my personal blog.

Graphical Abstract

The work involved modification of commercial forward osmosis (FO) membranes with carbon nanotubes to observe the effects on forward solute flux and reverse solute flux. I enjoyed working alongside Dr. Shiqiang Zou, who recently received his Ph.D. upon completion of this work.
