The Friday YouTube Digest (6/8/12)

Never fear, the Friday YouTube Digest is here! My web host’s servers were experiencing some problems last night, so I couldn’t post this on time, but a late YouTube Digest is better than none at all. Due to my rush to complete this post, sadly there will only be 3 videos today. But they are three great videos, so I hope that they will be just as enjoyable as a normal YouTube Digest. So without delaying any longer, here’s this week’s Friday YouTube Digest!

This week’s videos include Obama singing a song, Mr. Rogers autotune, and more hilarious epic fails. No user submissions this week, however, so I encourage you to submit videos by tweeting them to @ethandsmith, or submit via the contact page on this website. With that said, enjoy the videos! :)

1. Obama Sings “Sexy and I Know It”

Whenever there’s an opportunity to make a video by compiling a bunch of video footage and cutting out single words, hilarious videos can result. These guys decided to stitch together many of Obama’s speeches in order to recreate LMFAO’s single, “Sexy and I Know It.” Hopefully you will enjoy hearing the president speak the words to the song.

2. Fail Compilation- May 2012

It’s back. I know I haven’t posted a fail compilation in a while, but I decided we needed some fail in our digest this week. So of course these videos need no introduction. I hope you enjoy 10 minutes of crashing, wrecking, jumping, falling, and much more fail. Caution: Does contain swears.

 3. Mr. Rogers Remixed- “Garden of Your Mind”

Most autotune videos on YouTube are dubs of hilarious news stories, or even public figures, but this one is a bit better than those. Fred Rogers was a huge part of my childhood, and I’m sure many of you remember his great show Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood. This autotune compilation video features many wonderful Fred Rogers quotes from the show organized into a spectacular song. I hope you enjoy :)

I know this week was very short, but I do hope you all have a great weekend, and be sure to share this post with everyone on Facebook, Twitter, StumbleUpon, Pinterest, and Tumblr by clicking the buttons below!
